Is Hwalla Rouba Abdel Hamid the best dentist in Central st, Tripoli?

I’ve only lived in town for a few months and have not gone to a dentist yet but its high time i go visit.

So i’m just asking this question to hear if anyone from Central st, Tripoli or the area has any experience with Hwalla Rouba Abdel Hamid

I think something chipped of my tooth but i’m very scared if it will ruin me financially.

What concerns me is:

• Are there procedures i should do somewhere else?
• Does the place have a good reputation?
• Has anybody have had a bad experience with Hwalla Rouba Abdel Hamid

I once heard about another patient (from another place) that ended up having to get this procedure redone several times over but let me clarify, that was NOT from Hwalla Rouba Abdel Hamid.
