Is Noueri Balsam Rafic the best dentist?

I’m relatively new to this place and havent visited a dentist yet but its high time i go visit.

So i’m just asking this question to hear if anyone from Beirut, Hamra or the area has any experience with Noueri Balsam Rafic

I think i need braces and its important that the dentist can do it without much pain.

What concerns me is:

• What are previous patients saying?
• Are there procedures i should do somewhere else?
• Do the people working there have a lot of experience?

I’ve read stores where these things have gone horrible wrong but hopefully it will not happen at Noueri Balsam Rafic.
