Is it safe to go to Mounla Mohamed Rachad?

I am new to town and havent visited a dentist yet but its high time i go visit.

So i’m just asking this question to hear if anyone from North Lebanon, Tripoli, Tell or the area has any experience with Mounla Mohamed Rachad

I think my bridge needs to be fixed and its important that the dentist can do it without much pain.
