Is Ramadan Oussama Nassib the best dentist in Beirut, Mazraa?

I’ve only lived in town for a few months and have not been to any dentist yet but its time for me to go.

So i’m just asking this question to hear if anyone from Beirut, Mazraa or the area has any experience with Ramadan Oussama Nassib

I think something chipped of my tooth but i’m on a budget so it needs to be cheap.

Whats on my mind is;

I’ve read stores where these things have gone horrible wrong but let me clarify, that was NOT from Ramadan Oussama Nassib.
